Ingredients
60ml Tanqueray Gin
120ml ginger ale
Sprig of mint and a grapefruit wheel to garnish
Method
Mix the Tanqueray Gin with ginger ale. Pour into a glass over ice. Add a sprig of mint and a grapefruit wheel to garnish

Made with Tanqueray gin, ginger, sugar syrup and ginger ale, this drink screams sun-yay! So, shake some and brunch already!
Ingredients
50ml Tanqueray Gin
Ginger Ale
25ml Lime juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
2 x small pieces of ginger
Lime wedge to garnish
Method
Muddle the ginger and the sugar, then add the rest of the ingredients into a shaker. Shake, then strain. Pour into a copper mug and top with Ginger ale. Add crushed ice and a lime wedge to garnish.

30ml lemon juice
15ml egg white
7.5ml sugar
2 dash bitters
2 x ginger pieces 2cm x 2cm
Ginger cubes for garnish
Method
Muddle ginger then pour in some Tanqueray Gin, lemon juice, egg white, sugar and bitters. Dry shake without ice, add ice then shake again and double strain in a coupe glass. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with the ginger cubes.
