We cone-not even thank ice cream enough for existing!
It’s the perfect dessert, and for the fast approaching summer, the best companion.
But, if you’ve got some adulting to do, why not add some Smirnoff to it?
We’ve rounded up some of the coolest Smirnoff and ice cream recipes out there just for you.
Gather all your favourite flavours and get spooning!

Mint Cookie Shake

Ingredients:
50ml Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka
4 cookies
100ml milk
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Mint spring, for garnish

Method:
Place Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, cookies, milk, and vanilla ice cream into a blender and blend.
Pour the mixture into a glass.
Garnish with a crushed cookie and a sprig of mint.

Choc Delight

Ingredients:
30ml Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka
30ml chocolate milk
2 scoops ice cream
1 chocolate finger

Method:
Fill a glass with ice.
Add 2 scoops of ice cream and 30ml Smirnoff No 21 Vodka to a blender.
Add 30ml of chocolate milk and blend well.
Pour into the glass and add chocolate to garnish.

Tropicoco

Ingredients:
25ml Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka
25ml coconut liqueur
50ml coconut cream
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 coconut
Grated nutmeg, for garnish

Method:
Crack a coconut in half and scoop out the white flesh.
Add Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, coconut liqueur, vanilla ice cream and coconut cream to a shaker.
Shake until cold and pour the mixture into the coconut shell.
Garnish with grated nutmeg and a cocktail umbrella

Coffee Martini

Ingredients:
50ml Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
20ml chocolate syrup
60 ml coffee
Coffee, for garnish

Method:
Fill your glass with ice
Add Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup and coffee into a shaker
Pour into chilled martini glass
