1. Ketel One Vodka Spicy Sriracha Cocktail

Ingredients
90ml Ketel One Vodka
4 teaspoons coarse sea salt
2 small fresh red chillies
1 small green chilli
1 jalapeño chilli
1 tablespoon black peppercorns
½ teaspoon Sriracha salt
Lemon wheel, for garnish

Method
Cut chillies in half, lengthwise and then remove the seeds.
Add peppercorns and chillies in a mixer and funnel in Ketel One Vodka. Shake.
Pour it in a cocktail glass along with ice.
Garnish with a chilli and a lemon wheel.
2. Ketel One Spicy Martini
Why just have a simple martini, when you can have a spicy one!
Ingredients
60ml Ketel One Vodka
Thai Chilli
15ml simple syrup
15ml peach juice
Ice
Method
Muddle the chilli in a shaker after deseeding it.
Add Ketel One Vodka, peach juice and ice. Shake.
Strain in a martini glass and garnish it with a chilli.
3. Ketel One Spice Overload Cocktail

Ingredients
60ml Ketel One Vodka
30ml lemonade
4 green chillies
½ tablespoon black pepper
½ tablespoon black salt
1 lime

Method
Cut the chillies into halves, lengthwise.
Muddle black salt and pepper and stuff the chillies with the mix.
In a cocktail glass, add Ketel One Vodka, and lemonade. Soak the chillies for ten minutes.
Add ice and squeeze lime juice, for garnish.

90ml Ketel One Vodka
1 spicy red chilli
1 tablespoon black pepper
30ml pineapple juice
1 pineapple slice and peppers, for garnish

Method
In a shaker, add red chilli, Ketel One Vodka, pineapple juice and shake.
Strain it in a glass and garnish with pineapple slice and peppers.
