If there’s one thing that I absolutely love then it’s a good dessert. There’s something about them that makes us come back for more. Just imagine scooping into gooey chocolate fillings of a lava cake and devouring it to your heart’s content. Now that’s what I call true happiness.
I mean, you don’t just eat a dessert, you feel it. And, who else to know this better than our favourite dessert queen Pooja Dhingra?
A pastry genius, businesswoman, chef and the owner of the bakery chain Le15 Patisserie, she knows exactly how to whip up the perfect dessert that will get us salivating in no time!

1. Baileys Hot Chocolate
Hot chocolate is always better with Baileys. Don’t trust me? Mix it and see it yourself!
Ingredients
90ml Baileys Irish Cream
150g dark chocolate
300ml milk
Method
In a saucepan, add milk and 30ml Baileys Irish Cream. And, heat.
In a bowl, take dark chocolate and add the hot Baileys mix over the chocolate.
Pour it in a mason jar and top it with 60ml Baileys Irish Cream.
2. Baileys Chai Cake
I like it a lot but I am a little ‘chai’ and if you like chai as well then I bet you will like this Baileys Chai Cake!
P.S. where else will you get a better batter than this one?
Ingredients
110ml Baileys Irish Cream
30ml Honey
90ml chai
100ml butter
15g castor sugar
150ml condensed milk
125g flour
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Method
Stir butter and castor sugar till light and fluffy
Add condensed milk, chai and 50ml Baileys Irish Cream. Whisk well to combine.
Add flour, baking soda, and baking powder into the batter. Mix
Bake for 30 minutes in a 6-inch tin.
Mix honey and 60ml Baileys Irish Cream.
Garnish with honey syrup and serve!
Baileys White Chocolate Macarons

Ingredients for Macaron Shell
100g powdered sugar
100g almond powder
70g egg whites
65g castor sugar
½ tsp coffee extract
Method for Macaron Shell
Beat the egg whites. Then, add castor sugar. Once they froth, add castor sugar until you get firm peaks.
Add coffee extracts.
Whisk powdered sugar and almond powder in a bowl.
Mix the stiff egg white and coffee extract with powdered sugar and almond powder.
Mix the batter with a spatula till it flows freely.
Pipe on a baking tray and bake at 165C for 10-12 minutes.
Ingredients for Macaron Ganache
25ml Baileys Irish Cream
50g cream
150g white chocolate
Method for Macaron Ganache
In a saucepan, heat cream and Baileys Irish Cream over medium heat. Bring it to boil.
Pour it over chopped chocolate.
Let it sit for 2 minutes and stir with a whisk till smooth.
Then, let it cool.
How To Assemble
Pipe ganache onto one shell and gently press the shells together.
