We could pen love ballads for it if we wanted to. Although the legendary dish is of Persian origin, we Indians have managed to blend it with our various cuisines. This royal biryani has succulent pieces of mutton, slow cooked to perfection in a melange of roasted masalas with ittar and kewra. With just the right amount of spice without being greasy, this biryani is well worth the price you’re paying.
