1. Phuchka
Kabhi chatpata, kabhi meetha, stuffed with mashed potatoes, tamarind and pickled water mixed with pudina and lime these flavourful water bombs are loved by everybody! I mean, my mouth is watering as I type this. So, you know what you’re going to eat this evening, don’t you?
