Doris Day penned down the lyrics of this infamous song that is relevant till today. If you ask me, this one song has been a major part of my 20s. Why? Well, I’ve practically been clueless all my college life. What do I want to do with my life? What job will I have? Will I have my own office?
 
Well, it would be safe to say Bipeen Kekan from Thikana, Pune was still figuring out what he wanted to do in life, when he was training to mix mocktails at Pizza Hut in 2011. 
 
This World Class participant was like any of us, when this great opportunity came knocking on his doorstep. And since then, there’s been no turning back. He recently participated on this huge platform and on being asked as to how he would impress his guests, he replied, “With thoughtfulness and simplicity.”
 
Want to know what’s Bipeen’s favourite drink is when he is not behind the bar? Well, he prefers a good ol’ Old Fashioned or a Negroni. What about shots? He quickly replies, “Shots are overrated.” YES, THAT’S TRUE! After all, always be sure to DRINK RESPONSIBLY.
 
Bipeen shared the story behind his World Class cocktail and said, “God TIKI created the first human using his blood and clay.” And what’s more exciting than the notion of mysticism in a drink? This is the reason why he mixed a hint of mystery in his cocktail.

True to his nature, he kept his World Class Cocktail simple yet elegant which avoided leaving carbon footprint behind. He chose the modules Tartan Tiki and Science of Smoke to come up with his drink called, “Across the Sea.” The drink was made with Singleton of Glendullan, Hickory smoked raw mango and a dash of Rakt Chandan bitters.
