So, scrape some ice off the North Wall, because here are some specially crafted cocktails by ace Mixologist Gabe Orta that are perfect for your next party... or re-watch session!
1. Dragonglass Old Fashioned
Here’s the Dragonglass Old Fashioned cocktail; as exclusive as the obsidian from Westeros.
Experience the flavour notes of cinnamon and rosemary blended with the rich flavour of #JWWhiteWalker.
Ingredients:
45ml White Walker by Johnnie Walker Scotch Whisky
8ml zacapa rum
5ml smoked cinnamon syrup
2 dashes of Dram palo santo bitters
1 dash angostura
1 rosemary stalk
Method:
1. Burn the rosemary stalk with a torch gun into a wood plank and smoke the glass.
2. Add the 45ml White Walker by Johnnie Walker Scotch Whisky, 8ml zacapa rum, 5ml smoked cinnamon syrup, 2 dashes of Dram palo santo bitters, and 1 dash angostura into a mixing glass.
3. Add ice to the glass and stir or 30 seconds.
4. Strain into the smoked rocks glass.
5. Fill glass with a diamond shaped ice block.

Lavish and royal, the Sword In The Darkness fits perfectly in a world of swords and sorcery.

Ingredients:
30ml White Walker by Johnnie Walker Scotch Whisky
23ml sweet vermouth
15ml Italian bitter liqueur
2 dashes angostura
1 dash pimento bitter
Brandy cherries
Method:
1. Add the 30ml White Walker by Johnnie Walker Scotch Whisky, 23ml sweet vermouth, 15ml Italian bitter liqueur, 2 dashes angostura, and 1 dash pimento bitter into a mixing glass.
2. Add ice to the glass and stir for at least 30 seconds.
3. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
4. Garish with brandy cherries.
3. Army Of The Dead
Get up and close to the winter’s nightmare with the Army Of The Dead cocktail.

150ml coconut soda
Lemon wheel
Mint sprig
Method:
1. Pour 45ml White Walker by Johnnie Walker Scotch Whisky and 150ml coconut soda in a highball glass.
2. Add ice to the glass and stir for 2 seconds.
3. Garish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
4. Beyond The Wall
Pay homage to the great wall which defends the Seven Kingdoms against the wildings who live beyond it, with each refreshing sip of this cocktail. Enjoy its complex flavours, blended with hints of lemon juice and lavender soda, as you guard your Seven Kingdoms against the fearsome White Walkers..
Ingredients:
30ml White Walker by Johnnie Walker Scotch Whisky
8ml Lagavulin Single Malt
30ml mint black tea syrup
30ml lemon juice
Lavender dry soda to top off
1 egg white
Black tea dust
Method:
1. Add 30ml White Walker by Johnnie Walker Scotch Whisky, 8ml Lagavulin Single Malt, 30ml mint black tea syrup and 30ml lemon juice in a shaker.
2. Dry shake vigorously.
3. Fill shaker with ice and shake again.
4. Strain into a Collins glass.
5. Pour a little bit of lavender soda back and forth between the empty halves of the shaker to pick up any residual egg white.
6. Then pour into the glass.
7. Garnish with black tea dust.

140ml berry soda
Blackberry
Raspberry
Method:
1. Pour 45ml White Walker by Johnnie Walker Scotch Whisky and 140ml berry soda in a highball glass.
2. Add ice to the glass
3. Stir for 2 seconds.
4. Garnish with blackberries and raspberries.

Ingredients:
30ml White Walker by Johnnie Walker Scotch Whisky
15ml Blue Curacao
15ml lemon juice
15ml grape juice
15ml vanilla syrup
1 egg white
Method:
1. Add 30ml White Walker by Johnnie Walker Scotch Whisky, 15ml Blue Curacao, 15ml lemon juice, 15ml grape juice, 15ml vanilla syrup and 1 egg white into a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake vigorously.
3. Strain into a rocks glass.
4. Garnish as desired.
