9 Things Your Best Friend Has Said To You At Least Once
Before I start with this post, here’s a disclaimer:

Thank God for such ‘not formal‘ yaars in our life as they are brutally honest when they have to be, and we don’t even get offended. It’s like the friendship runs too deep to be affected by shame, leg-pulling or any sort of embarrassment. Hai naa?
On that note, let us look at things that only your BFF is allowed to say, but no one else can no matter how cheesy:
1. You should dump him/her
9 out of 10 times when your BFF tells you they smell trouble, guess what? That person really does turn out to be trouble. They really want the best for you and know when you deserve better.
2. Raincheck tonight?
I have lost count of the number of times my bestie has called up to cancel plans because she was feeling too lazy to get dressed! But true yaari is about letting them be honest about it and take a raincheck.
3. I love you, but you seriously need to sort out your life!
It’s a total BFF privilege that you can call out your yaar who has been acting crazy for some reason without them feeling cornered.
4. Quick! Tell me what do I text him back?
Remember all the screenshots that get exchanged every time you need a rescue from a corny conversation? What would we do if not for our besties to bail us out?!
5. I told you so?
As much as I hate hearing this, this slap in the face reality check coming from your BFF is sometimes the only thing keeping you sane and grounded.
6. Stop overthinking already
If a friend told you that, you’d probably snap at them. But when your bestie tells you so, you know you probably are overthinking. So breathe in, breathe out. Repeat.
7. Ooh! You should not be wearing that
Your BFF is the only person on the entire planet who is allowed to be your fashion police!
8. This hairstyle makes you look like a chimp
Admit it. You have heard this ‘Baal hai ya chidiya ka ghosla?’ at least once from your bestie.
9. I’m reaching in 5 minutes
This, when they haven’t even left their home yet. Oh, the audacity!
