Nutella Brownies
Three ingredients are all you need for this quick brownie recipe.
Ingredients
240gms Nutella
10tbsp flour
2 eggs
Method
Add all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Mix well until all ingredients are well-blended and the batter looks thick and shiny.
Line a 2-inch deep baking tray with parchment paper and pour the batter in the tray.
Bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes.
Remove the brownie from the oven and let it cool before you slice it up.
Creamy Nutella Martini
What’s better than a chocolate martini? Well, a chocolate hazelnut Nutella one, of course! This simple blender recipe can be whipped up in no time.
Ingredients
60ml Smirnoff No.21 vodka
30ml Nutella
30ml milk
1tsp chocolate sauce
Hazelnuts, for garnish, if required
Method
Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix until everything is well combined.
Pour the ingredients into a martini glass.
Garnish and serve.
Nutella Hot Chocolate
Because winters like these could use another feel-good recipe.
Ingredients
2tbsp Nutella
1 cup milk
Whipped cream/marshmallow/chocolate shavings, for garnish
Method
Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming (not boiling).
Stir occasionally.
Add the Nutella and blend until it’s dissolved.
Garnish as required and serve immediately.
