Follow this quick to make and delicious to taste easy Strawberry Vodka Collins recipe! All you have to do is stir, shake and sip! I mean, it’s still way better than scrolling through your phone and thinking what to do in your free time!

Strawberry Vodka Collins 
A party of flavours from sweet to sour, this cocktail is just the right spin to your usual Tom Collins that you should try! 

Ingredients 
60ml Ketel One Vodka 
60ml strawberry vanilla bean syrup 
100ml soda
15ml lime juice 
2 lime wedges 
Mint sprig, for garnish
Strawberries, for garnish
Ice

Method
In a cocktail shaker, add Ketel One Vodka, strawberry vanilla bean syrup, lime juice and ice. 
Shake until cold and blended. 
Divide the cocktail and ice equally between two glasses. 
Squeeze a lime wedge into each glass and top it with soda. 
Stir and garnish with mint sprig and strawberries. 

For Strawberry Vanilla Bean Syrup 
Ingredients 

Frozen strawberries
2 cups water
½ vanilla bean
1 tsp orange zest
½ granulated sugar 

Method
In a medium saucepan, mix water and strawberries and bring it to a boil. 
Add vanilla bean and orange zest. 
Once the mix comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Strain the syrup into a pot. Add sugar. 
Keep whisking to dissolve the sugar.
Set it aside to cool down. Once at room temperature, you can use it for your cocktail.
