Have you tried lemongrass in your gin yet?

It’s official, the summer has begun! And as usual, the sun shows us no mercy. But, here’s a drink to prep you up for the season. A drink to beat the heat! Made with Tanqueray gin, lemongrass, cucumber and tonic, this drink will surely paint a cooler pitcher for you. So, if you are in the mood to fix a cocktail for you and your family, here’s the recipe:

Ingredients
250 ml of Tanqueray gin
2 stalks lemongrass, cut in half lengthwise
Half liter of tonic water
4 fresh mint sprigs
2 limes, quartered
1 cucumber, cubed
Ice

Method
Put a mint sprig, 2 lime wedges, and a few cucumber pieces in each of 4 glasses, and 2 stalks of lemongrass. Muddle slightly. Fill the glasses with ice. Add the gin, and top off with tonic water. Garnish with mint leaves.
