Try these super-easy recipes and get sippin’ already, mate.
1. Pineapple Twist
(Superfood- Pineapple)
You may not like pineapple over pizza but how about a pineapple cocktail?
Ingredients
45ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
20ml fresh apple juice
20ml fresh pineapple juice
Honey
Pineapple slice, for garnish
Cinnamon powder, for garnish
Method
In a shaker, add Tanqueray London Dry Gin, fresh apple juice, pineapple juice, cinnamon powder, and honey.
Pour it over ice in a cocktail glass and garnish it with a pineapple slice and cinnamon powder.
2. Carrot O’ Clock
(Superfood- Carrot)
What time is it? It’s time to have a Carrot O’ clock!
Ingredients
45ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
40ml fresh carrot juice
20ml fresh pomegranate juice
10ml honey
5ml fresh ginger juice
Pomegranate, for garnish
Ice
Method
Add all the ingredients in a shaker and shake well.
Pour into a tall glass, garnish and enjoy your drink!
3. My Cup of Tea
(Superfood- Ginger)
If chai isn’t your cup of tea, then this cocktail would definitely be!
Ingredients
45ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
10ml Ginger syrup
Green tea
Method
In a cup, add Tanqueray London Dry Gin, ginger syrup and green tea.
Stir and sip on it!
4. The Snapper
(Superfood- Tomato)
I love this cocktail from my head to-ma-toes. What about you?
Ingredients
45ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
Special Tomato water
Ice
Tomato Water
700 grams tomatoes
3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 medium chopped shallots
2 sliced garlic cloves
1 cup freshly chopped basil leaves
1 chunk of peeled ginger
1 tbsp. kosher salt
1 tbsp. fresh ground black pepper
1 tbsp. Turmeric powder, optional
1 tbsp chilli powder
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves with tender stems
1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
Celery, for garnish
Celery salt, for garnish
Method
A day before, in a saucepan, add everything except for tomatoes. Simmer for 8-10 minutes.
Blend the tomatoes in a blender until coarsely chopped.
Pour into a sieve, use cheesecloth, with a large bowl under and refrigerate for 12-16 hours.
Mix Tanqueray London Dry Gin along with tomato water in a shaker. Pour it in a cocktail glass.
Garnish it with celery and celery salt.
