Ghar Baithe Get Flexible With These House Party Games
Monsoons making you stay at home? Well, don't be disappointed, because you can now stay indoors and have a fun time with friends. You don't have to get gym memberships (all of us know this taam-jhaam will last for just a few days) or even wake up at the crack of dawn to do ‘Surya Namaskaar’.
So, get playing one of these house party games with your friends and get those muscles stretching in a fun way.
1. Balloon Duel
Gone are the days when you had to do a duel using pointy swords. Now you can duel using balloons. All you have to do is tie a balloon on your leg and keep it safe while trying to burst other’s balloons (quite literally).
You’ll have to run, hide, and use your hands wisely. Well, one thing is sure, after playing this game, you would have done all your stretching and working out.

2. Paper Dance
You have to find yourself a partner and carefully place an unfolded newspaper on the floor. The only rule is that once the music starts, you and your partner will have to dance on the paper. Once it stops, you will have to fold the newspaper in halves, all the while keeping in mind not to step on the floor. If you do, you lose.

3. Cocktail Challenge
Put your bartending hat on and impress your guests with your smooth mixing skills. Make use of alcohol and ingredients that you have at home and ask your guests to taste and guess them. Who knows you might come up with something delicious all while giving your arms some exercise.

4. Musical Chairs
This game is like a rite of passage for everyone who exists on this planet. Everyone knows about it, has played it and still loves it. The thrill you get when you grab a chair and sit on it as soon as the music stops, is exciting. And, the sinking feeling you get when you can’t find one and is declared as “out”.
This house party game is not only fun but would also get those calf muscles in action.

5. Twister
This game truly tests your flexibility and is one of my favourites. All you have to do is place your legs and arms on the coloured circles present on the twister game mat. There is a spinner which tells you where to put your left leg and right arm after you have spun it. I bet once you have played this game, you will not need anymore stretching on this Yoga Day.

Did you like these games? Well, do play them and share them with your friends. Brb, playing this Yoga Day, because I can’t find my Yoga mat.
