Baileys Frozen Mochaccino
This drool-worthy frozen coffee treat is sure to melt your hearts with every bite. The unbeatable combo of coffee, chocolate and the creamy liqueur just can’t go wrong now, can it?
Ingredients:
2tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
65gms Strong Coffee
125gms Sugar
65gms Water
180gms Mini Chocolate Chips
375gms Whipping Cream
Method:
Add sugar, water and coffee in a small pot and bring it to boil. Let it slow boil for approximately 2 minutes. Now, remove from heat and add chocolate chips and Baileys and stir until it mixes well. Next, pour the mixture into a blender and blend for about 2 to 3 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature. Meanwhile, take a bowl and beat some whipping cream until stiff. Fold in the cooled chocolate mixture. Take individual serving bowls and pour the mixture in it. Freeze for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight. Take it out 15 minutes before serving. You can add more whipped cream on top if you want.
No-bake Nutella Cheesecake Shooters

Ingredients:
½ cup Greek Yoghurt
250ml Cream Cheese (light or regular, at room temperature)
17tbsp Powdered Sugar
1 ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
1cup Heavy Cream
1cup Crushed Cookie Crumbs
1 ½ cups Nutella (or any other chocolate hazelnut spread of your choice)
Cocoa Powder to sprinkle (optional)
Method:
Before you start on this sweet treat, place a metal or glass bowl in the freezer to chill. Now, add the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, ½ cup powdered sugar, 1tsp vanilla extract and ¼ cup heavy cream in a medium bowl and beat it with a hand mixer until smooth. Set it aside. Take out the chilled bowl from the freezer and add the remaining heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract to it and whip it till it forms soft peaks. Put it in the fridge for later. Take 12-16 shot glasses and place about 1tbsp of the crushed cookie crumbs in the bottom of each glass. Place the cheesecake mixture evenly in the serving glasses. Layer it with Nutella, followed by the whipped cream in the chilled bowl. Sprinkle cocoa powder and dive in!
Black Forest Brownie Bites
You must have had black forest pastries quite often. But, it’s time to turn that classic cake into an irresistible brownie! These two-bite treats are a heavenly winter dessert idea for any family event or fun gathering.
Ingredients:
1 box Brownie Mix
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
¼ cup Water
1 Egg
24 Cherries (without stem)
Frosting:
225gms Cream Cheese
½ cup Granulated Sugar
1tsp Vanilla
1 ½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
24 Cherries (with stem)
Chocolate Shavings
Method:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a mini muffin pan with 24 mini muffin liners and set it aside for some time. Now, take a mixing bowl and add the brownie mix, water, oil and egg into it. Mix well until the batter feels ready. Use a scoop and fill the mini muffin cups with the brownie batter, almost 3/4th full. After that, add the un-stemmed cherry to each cup and set it to bake at 350 degrees for 19 to 21 minutes. Once baked, take it out and set it to cool. For the frosting, take all the mentioned ingredients in a mixer as you slowly add the whipping cream. Whip for approximately 2 minutes. Now, pour generous amounts of frosting on each brownie cup from a piping bag. Lastly, garnish it with chocolate shavings and a stemmed cherry. Voila!
Minty Rocky Road Donuts
These dainty donuts are just what you need to perk up your house party and win over your guests. I mean, what’s not to love about donuts covered in gooey hot fudge sauce, crunchy walnuts and sweet marshmallows? Omnomnom!
Ingredients:
½ cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Vegetable Oil
½ cup Cocoa Powder
¾ cup Flour
2 Eggs
2tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
¼ cup Water
2 cups of Mini Marshmallows + 4tbsp Water
1 jar Hot Fudge Sauce
1 cup Chopped Walnuts
Extra Mini Marshmallows (for garnish)
Method:
Take a large bowl and mix the brown sugar and eggs. Beat in the baking soda, flour, cocoa powder, oil and salt. Whisk in the water. Meanwhile, heat the mini donut maker. Fill it with the batter you just prepared and bake for approximately 1.5 minutes. Now, place the donuts on a cooling rack and place a sheet of foil or wax paper under it. Heat the hot fudge sauce, dip each donut into it and place it back on the cooling rack. Next, in a saucepan, mix the mini marshmallows and 4tbsp of water and stir until carefully melted. Drizzle the marshmallow cream over the donuts and finish off the recipe by sprinkling crushed walnuts on top.
