Your Fave with just the right twist of Baileys Irish Cream!

Popsicles are to die for, no matter how old you are! Even when you have it today, it feels you with nostalgia. I mean, there was nothing compared to the sheer joy of having a popsicle with our colony friends. 

One reason why popsicles were hit because they were affordable as they were just 10 bucks and just the right amount of ice cream to relish on a hot summer day. Even today, we love them and can still have them with the twist that we oh-so-love!

Baileys Irish Cream! 

Sweet, creamy, and dreamy, with just the hint of Irish Whiskey, these popsicles will give you a serious case of the drools! 

Tempted much? Here’s how you can make ‘em at home! 

1. Baileys Banana & Coconut Ice Cream Popsicles
Nothing is ‘im-popsicle!’ with this Baileys Irish Cream popsicle recipe! 

Ingredients 
For popsicles
½ cup Baileys Irish Cream
½ cup water
1 cup cream of coconut 
2 Bananas 

For the chocolate shell 
½ cup bittersweet chocolate chips 
2tbsp coconut oil
¼ cup toasted shredded sweetened coconut

Method 
For popsicles
In a blender, combine all the ingredients required to make popsicles and blend.
Divide the mixture according to ice pop molds. Insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze for 6 hours (at least)
Remove the popsicles and place them on a parchment paper in the freezer itself.  

For chocolate shell 
In a microwave bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil.
Microwave it for 20 seconds.
Stir after every round. 
Let it cool for 5 minutes once the mix is smooth.
Dip popsicles in the chocolate shell and sprinkle toasted coconut.
Freeze if desired.
