Baileys is in the air! 

If you’re anything like me then you’d know how difficult it is to plan a surprise for our S/Os. I mean, with this season of love and all things mushy, we just don’t know what to gift them! 

So, when you’re running out time and ideas, how about getting your partner which didn’t involve expensive and overdone gifts? 

Just get Baileys Irish Cream and turn it into a perfect cocktail to set the mood! Unique yet personal, all I did was, get behind my home bar counter take out some fresh cocktail glasses and get our favourite Baileys out of the liquor cabinet.

So, you can follow in my footsteps and make some delish Baileys cocktails and ignite your love, this season of love. 

1. Baileys Martini 
How do you like your martinis? Stirred, shaken or with Baileys? 

Ingredients
45ml Baileys Irish Cream
15ml Smirnoff No.21 Vodka
8ml Godiva
Ice 

Method 
In a shaker filled with ice, add Baileys Irish Cream, Smirnoff No.21 Vodka, and Godiva.
Shake and strain into a martini glass.

2. Baileys White Russian 
Have an un-bailey-vable party of two! 

Ingredients 
60ml Baileys Irish Cream 
30ml Smirnoff No.21 Vodka
15ml coffee liqueur
90ml milk (just to top it with depending on the glassware used) 
Ice cubes

Method 
In a tumbler, add ice, Baileys Irish Cream, Smirnoff No.21 Vodka, milk and coffee liqueur. 
Mix until smooth and chilled.
And sip!
