Fruit Juice: Orange Juice

Ingredients
2 parts Tanqueray Gin
1 part orange juice
½ Campari
1 tsp grenadine
4 parts ginger ale
1 maraschino cherry
Lemon slices, for garnish
Ice
Method
Half fill the shaker with ice cubes.
Add Tanqueray gin, Campari, grenadine and orange juice.
Top it with ginger ale and garnish it with cherry and lemon slices.

Fruit Juice: Lemon Juice
Tom Collins with lemon juice? Coming right up!
Ingredients
60ml Tanqueray Gin
2tbsp lemon juice
2tsp fine sugar
Mint sprig or lemon wedge for garnish
Ice
Method
In a cocktail glass, add lemon juice and fine sugar.
Pour Tanqueray gin and ice.
Garnish the cocktail with a mint sprig or a lemon wedge.
