1. Chocolate Whisky Mousse
Meet the adult version of the elegant and classic chocolate mousse. 
 
Ingredients -
120 gm semi-sweet or bitter-sweet chocolate
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp strong coffee
2 tbsp Johnnie Walker Double Black Label whisky
2 eggs separated
4 tbsp sugar
½ cup heavy whipping cream
Garnish
Whipped cream
Cocoa powder
Chocolate shavings
 
Method -
1. Melt chocolate with butter and coffee in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Remove from heat and stir in Johnnie Walker Double Black Label Whisky. 
2. Whisk egg yolks with 2 tbsp sugar in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water, until they are cooked slightly. Combine them with the chocolate mixture. 
3. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Gradually beat in 2 tbsp sugar. Add gently to the previous mixture. 
4. Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form and add to the mixture. Combine well and divide among serving glasses. Refrigerate. 
5. Garnish and serve chilled.

2. Bread Pudding with Whiskey
Give a twist to your mundane bread pudding as you add whisky to the mix. 
 
Ingredients – 
6 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups white sugar
4 cups of milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 loaf bread cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup golden raisins
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup butter
1/2 Johnnie Walker Double Black Label Whisky 
 
Method-
1. Preheat oven to 150 C. 
2. In a medium bowl, whip together eggs and sugar. Mix in milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Whip until smooth. 
3. Arrange bread cubes in a medium baking dish, and top with golden raisins. Cover with the whipped mixture. Allow the bread to become saturated with the mixture. 
4. Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned.
5. To make the sauce, mix sugar, and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat when thoroughly blended and whisk in the whisky. Serve warm over bread pudding.

3. Chocolate Whisky Balls
A distant cousin to the classic rum balls, these chocolate whisky balls are an absolute delight.
 
Ingredients –
1 cup almond
3/4 cup Johnnie Walker Double Black Label Whisky
2 cups Vanilla Wafer Crumbs
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Chocolate sprinkles
 
Method –
1. In a small bowl, pour ½ cup of Johnnie Walker Double Black Label whisky over the almonds. Cover and soak the almonds overnight.
2. Spread out the almonds on a cookie sheet and bake at 352 F until lightly toasted. Let them cool and then chop finely. 
3. Process the vanilla wafers in a food processor until they are crumbled. Add in the cocoa, powdered sugar, ¼ cup whisky, and almonds and process until combined. 
4. Roll the whisky balls smooth and roll into chocolate sprinkles. If the balls are a little "wet" feeling, just refrigerate to dry.
